This workout was formulated by Jordan Murphy a CU graduate and physical education teacher. Jordan not only makes workouts professionally, he also teaches health at Lutheran High school. This workout he has developed is meant to be done up to four times a day. Because it's a short non-weighted workout, it allows a reset of the mind and it's good habit to get into when you are feeling down. It is formulated to release endorphins, but it also allows you to get in shape, and raises self confidence! This short three to five minute workout is a fantastic way to blow of steam or reset the mind.
